2 step initial interview process: 1) Conference call with two company representatives and about 12 other applicants from around the country on the Microsoft Teams platform 2) A demeaning anonymous video interview in which one answers questions from video. No live recruiter present. I was invited by their recruiter to apply thru Handshake, the University's job board. I am graduating with a bachelors degree and a high GPA in 8 weeks, In short, this company appears to be a 'first job after college' grinder. They appear to be biased to picking 20 somethings who won't object to spending 40 hours per week prospecting. The marketing model does not include any recurring revenue from clients you've sold previously, a rather uncomfortable fact, so you'll spend each week calling on new buyers in industrial settings.

The interview can be broken down into three parts. The first part of the interview explains all of the details the job entails and what the potential onboarding process is like, the second part is you asking any questions you have about the job, and the third part is normal interview questions.
