Began by applying on my school career website and got a response back about two weeks after. The initial phone screening was comprised of the usual resume run through, motivation for the role (why sales, why tech etc).
The skype interview was second with one interviewer asking the questions and the other sitting there note taking. Here I was asked to "sell my hobby" which threw me off a little bit, but thinking back it should have been straight forward.
The final round was set up in one of their field offices and I spoke with a national sales director but I was given a product to research/create a sales presentation for. First we went over resume, what motivates me, etc then we moved on to the sales presentation (~5 minutes). After that was the sales role play selling a pen that is mildly superior but is double the price.

It was difficult but if you study and know the product, you should do well. I ended up getting the job but it also depends on the location that you want to be in for the position.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
