J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (Chicago, IL) en nov. 2012
Entretien
After taking a test which was mostly general physics comprehension type questions, I was called for an initial phone interview, to be conducted via web cam. The technical quality on Keyence's end was laughable and I realized it was likely not going to end well. The interviewer apologized for the poor quality but it was very disappointing. The interviewer appeared to be about 25 years old and his assistant, who sat quietly, looked even younger. The interviewer struggled a bit with English and appeared a bit uncomfortable/ill-prepared. Overall it was a disappointing experience for a company with a good reputation.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Greatest difficulty was overcoming poor technical connection on Keyence's side. No question was difficult, although I struggled later to understand how any of the question pertained to my ability to analyze and overcome technical challenges in a work environment, unless their crappy web cam was the real test!

Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
