J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keyence (La Haye) en juill. 2016
Entretien
Prior to the phone interview, I had to do two tests ( Personality test of approximately 160 questions from which several implied mathematical/logical reasoning and a mechanical/physics test - not extremely difficult). Upon successfully passing the tests, a phone interview followed and a skype interview after. Should I have been successful, I would have had to do an interview in Belgium, as last part of the selection procedure, if I recall well.
What I found odd is that although I have clearly indicated that I do not posses an engineering degree and nor extensive cold sales experience, the HR staff encouraged me to proceed with my application instead of withdrawing it as I was intending to. Next phase of the interview ( skype) I had to do two simulation cases on cold sales and direct sales and I haven`t passed on to the final stage.
All in all, it was an experience and I`m glad I went through it because I have learned something.

My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
