Considering this role was for a placement year undergrad student, I would say it was a fairly direct process of asking something about the candidate on a prerecorded video interview. They have given me 3 days to prepare for to answer a 3 minute interview question on why I would be a good fit. I believe the fact that they have given you a clear question ahead to nail was fair and integral as there weren't any specific situational or technical questions that may catch students off-guard.
