Phone screen was very dry. appeared clear you would either have the experience required or you were done. So make sure you know the jobs requirements. Key is big and screeners (I've discovered since) while serving line managers, are looking to assure that the key skills are present.

11 total interviews I had to travel to their office multiple times - even to have phone interviews with people from other offices. It was disgraceful and degrading, and after almost 2 months, I was ultimately rejected.
