Applied online and got a call back and had a phone interview first, then came in for a face to face that was a panel interview with about 4 hiring managers. The process was very easy and calm and everyone was really easy to talk to and it went very well and got a call back for the job offer before i even made it home from the interview, the job I applied for did not require any crazy qualifications so my interview process was pretty smooth. :)
