1st screening was a phone interview. 20-30 min. Mostly behavioral questions (tell me about a time when you showed leadership?) A few technical questions(how are all of the financial statements related). 2nd round was a super day. 7 30-min. interviews with different people in the department. 6/7 were behavioral, one was technical.
