Phone interview with recruiter, 2nd phone interview with hiring manager, 1st in person was a corporate panel interview with ~10 other candidates, several hiring managers, 2nd and final in person was with direct manager and area retail leader.

How would you leverage COI's to increase customer base?
easy, phone interview then in person all in about a week. everyone has been nice so far. phone interview was easy, hoping the same about in person. asked and talked about the company mostly on the phone one.

The interview process was very normal and had thought I crushed it. However; after the in person interview they never contacted me again even when I reached out. Terrible business practice. Have since removed all money and business from company

very nice people. mostly questions that you can answer at the top of your head. nothing too crazy. each interview was about 45 minutes to an hour long. very easy to talk to people
