I had a referral and spoke with their HR team before applying. I initially wanted to join as a Financial Advisor but they didn't think I had enough experience and wanted me to work as a banker for 2-3 years first. I did a phone screen and one or two rounds of video interviews before they called me with an update. They said I seemed overeager to be an advisor and were worried I would do the job.
