You come in and they ask you very few questions. It's really just, "Fill out the form and tell us what you can do." There's no need to be worried about this... Then you fill in the tax forms and go home. You do have to do a digital thing that tests how well you can navigate around MS Word and Outlook, and it is based off of the '03 software, so that might be an issue for young people.
