Like others have stated they are unresponsive and ghost--definitely gives the feeling that they are (1) overworked and don't have time to have basic etiquette or (2) that they just don't care about individuals. There are other agencies with similar missions/values that have been way more responsive and showed compassion for the stress of the interview process. Definitely informs if I will advise (against, tbh) investing time in applying here to other people I know in the field.
