A simple phone chat by HR lady who is nice. Zoom interview w/that HR lady for 50min, then Zoom interview w/Dept Head but she was NO SHOWED cause she hasn't urgent duty suddenly. This is the first interview that I feel "Family Status Discrimination" & "Age Discrimination". The HR lady is nice but not professional.

Mainly is focus in my job experience. but HR also asked some questions (to count my age ), & some question to make sure my family status like "Do you need to take care family?" "have you visit there with your kids?"

I applied via Jobsdb 1. HR called for first round screening 2. attend written test and face to face interview with line manager in kerry center Entire process took 2 weeks.

Entretien
During the interview, the whole process ran smoothly. I interviewed three interviewers in one day. On the same day, the HR immediately verbally expressed that the interviewer was satisfied with the performance, but they could only offer a salary as low as $1000. Next week, the HR said that their management rejected the proposal. The overall feeling is that you are deliberately teasing the applicant and wasting the applicant's time. If the salary budget is not enough, the applicant should not be allowed to come for the interview.
