J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kerrits Performance Equestrian Apparel
Entretien
I'd love to describe the interview process but it never got that far. More than a month after I applied I received an email saying that a manager had flagged my resume for an interview weeks ago but they had been busy and it had fallen through the cracks. They wanted to know if I was still interested in the position. I responded that I was and then didn't here anything back for a week. When they finally responed they wanted to know when I could come in for an interview. I promptly responded with my availability. Once again I did not here anything back for a week. When they responded this time it was to let me know that they had run my resume through their team in New York (?) and that team had noted that my resume was missing a skill that would be a big part of the job so they weren't interested in interviewing me after all. This skill wasn't listed as part of the original job. And I find it baffling that the people contacting me for an interview (A) didn't seem to know what the job entailed and (B) contacted me for an interview apparently without knowing if I was even qualified for the job or not--and these are the people that I would have been reporting to. I'm leaving this review here because this company seems to have some serious issues with communication/organization and I feel that's something important potential employees should be aware of as they go through the interview process.
