Have already completed 2 interviews and a case study and this has been going on from the last 2 months. They haven't offered the role nor given any feedback from the interview. Feels like such a waste of time. Upon enquiring, their excuse is that they are still finalising interviews which is rather long considering my last interview was over 3 weeks ago. I don't mind them rejecting me but as long as they do that so I can move on. Terrible process. No respect for candidate's time and effort.
