J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kepler Group (Seattle, WA) en juill. 2021
Entretien
I was referred to an extremely senior c-suite level executive by a former client of mine, which they new personally. Because I was a referral, my interview process was atypical, but the fact that I WAS GHOSTED after a FOUR MONTH interview process should be taken into account by any prospective hire.
The interview process started very positively, my interaction with each person was very positive. The exception to this was the hiring director whose questions were vague despite clearly only wanting one specific answer to a broad multifaceted problem.
I went through SIX behavioral interviews over the course of the first month or so. Plus an additional TWO 'syncs' with the c-suite executive to whom I was referred. After the last interview, I waited 2 weeks and followed up and was told over the phone by the executive that they intended to craft a role specifically for my unique prior experience. I was told to wait an additional ~2 months to hear back regarding this role made specifically for me.
I followed up 3 more times after those 2 months but never heard a single thing back. I wasted so much time and attention preparing for the interviews, learning about the company, and conducting the interviews themselves, not to mention the emotional baggage that comes with waiting to hear back about a job offer for TWO MONTHS. Absolutely unprofessional and extremely frustrating behavior that completely ruined an otherwise positive interview process. I will absolutely never consider working at Kepler again and HIGHLY recommend others look elsewhere.
I finally decided to submit this review because another senior executive regularly reposts posts on LinkedIn about treating interviewees with basic respect and couldn't handle the hypocrisy in silence anymore.

Question 1
How would you measure campaign performance after the release of iOS 14 privacy restrictions.
I'm very sorry to hear about this negative experience you had. However, I believe this review may be intended for a different Kepler Group. We do not have an office in Seattle, WA, nor do we have a Senior Manager position in our organization.
