The interview process was pretty intense and thorough, but overall amazing!
It's pretty accurate to what everyone else has been saying:
The first interview was a phone screen with a handful of standard questions.
The second interview was two back-to-back zoom calls with two different managers. The first zoom meeting was behavioral questions and then a marketing study (have a brand in mind for this one)(45 min). The second zoom call was analyzing data and interpreting it. They were super nice and patient about this. There are a lot of marketing terms to look at, but they will explain all of them to you and you can ask any questions you want. They don't expect you to have marketing knowledge and they know you're going into it blind (30 min). After that was a 5-minute presentation on anything involving data followed by a Q&A (10 min). This second round was honestly the most nerve-racking part since it's basically 2 hours long.
The third interview was a more casual conversation with a director with more behavioral questions (30 min).
Everyone was so nice throughout the entire process. I got an excellent feel for the company culture and HR was very quick to respond.
