SMB, not a huge HR team, so limited in knowledge and capability. Builds satellites downtown Toronto (for now), and seems to still be growing. Not the best process interviewing, but perhaps a good technical team. Who knows.

Introductory interview followed by take-home problem, which was followed by technical interview with direct reports, which was followed by fit interview with HR and other team members including Chief Executive Officer.
