First round w/ HR: typical HR screening questions (How does your experience apply to the position?). Friendly and structured conversation.
Second Round w/ hiring leader: Define "Architecture" and your experience in the area. My initial answer was off the mark. Interviewer was nice enough to provide additional context. Had a relatively good conversation, but not good enough. Declined a week later.
Entire process was less than 6 weeks, which is extremely timely in this day and age, AND appreciated getting a "decline" email instead of being ghosted.
