The interview included talking to everyone who worked there. First to the Business Manager who described the small business organization and the people working there, then interviewed informally with the Biochemists and Lab Techs as a group around a table in a meeting room, then separately with the Lab Manager, Western Blot Manager, and CEO in their offices.
