Do you have your bachelors ? This is a must or you can have your associates. Yet the pay is like 10 dollars overall difference . They were nice. You need to do a drug test as well.

Have you ever taught students befofe ? Generally as long as you have a degree and you seem professional you will likely get the job. It will be hard to find shifts because it’s over saturated none

Entretien
It was pretty simple. Group setting. Focused on appearance and then followed up with testing on information provided. Included several email interactions and required a background check. Company representative was nice and responsive.

They asked how I would handle a situation where the teacher had not provided class instructions/materials for the day.
Quick and easy. It was simple questions like how would you support a teacher in a classroom. The interview was on the phone the process that’s long is getting clearances
