There is a video interview. that's the main one. And later you receive a test for your fluency in English and the target language you're going to translate. You get the results for the English test relatively quickly but might take few days for the results of your target language.

An initial phone interview was conducted to inquire about immigration status and qualifications. A subsequent phone-based speaking test was done to check linguistic aptitudes. A final phone-based mock interpretation test was done.
