To get an interview, they must review the typical application along with a video interview. The video interview was a little awkward; however, felt good knowing that they would see my personality prior to choosing to sit down with me. The actual interview was from a list of preprinted interview questions that were a little impersonal and just a way to check a box.

The half hour interview took place via zoom due to the ongoing covid 19 pandemic. Two upper level district employees asked a few questions about my experience and allowed time at the end to answer my questions.
