3 rounds, Human Resources and Senior brand manager and marketing director, including business case and leadership test. Quick process in 2 weeks. Paying pre decision trip. Office in Chicago and Battle Creek.

Got a mail from them asking for a phone interview next day. I confirmed back. Spoke to HR lady for about 30 mind answering questions. I thought it went well. She said she'll let me know in 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks then mailed her to find out the process. No reply though. Thought it was little unprofessional for them not to reply at all or get back though she said would.

Lots of questions that ask you to describe a situation that basically test your personality

Took three rounds of interviews. The first was with HR, second with the hiring manager and third was with Sales . I think it took about 2-3 weeks before they got back to me on whether I’ll be hired
