She called me to set up a interview, and I went in. We talked about kekes and the culture and the work life balance, talked about growing with the company. She acknowledged my experiences and didn't really ask any interview questions.

Fairly straightforward and easy. They asked for experience and availability. Sat down with the two owners and just spoke to them like people. They were very understanding about scheduling conflicts.
