The interview was very simple, as they hired straight out of my campus. Scheduled an on-site interview that was mostly behavioral, and see if you would be a good fit. The staff was very friendly and nice. The office in SF was one of the smaller teams, as we dealt mostly with many startups and so didn't need many on-site staff.
