      Entretien

Was invited for an interview the next day after applying. Met with an outstanding National recruiter. Talked for less than 10 mins. Was asked to come back for a second interview the next day at the same time. I came and ended up sitting there for 4-5hours (was never told they would need so much time) and basically sat and listened to to The recruiters share their life story and inspire you to make a lot of money. Never got any information on the actual job. There was 16 prospects that showed for this interview. All of which were not all there for the same role at least not all applied for a sales position. After that long day of truly nothing, there was nothing achieved but inspiration. We were told to come back the next day. Out of the 16 only 6 of us returned and met with one of the recruiters. This meeting was more like sales training. At this point no one knew any more about the position available except what was on the job board. And not all 6 prospects had applied for the same position. Not once had we even met with the manager we would actually be working for either. Wasn’t until a few of us spoke up that we were on limited time that the recruiter actually brought the GM to meet everyone. Night and day personalities from the upbeat inspiring recruiters to the GM coming in with no smile and cursing every other word. He again shares his life story and nothing about the job other than the location was under performing and he need good sales people, he then roles two current sales reps under the bus as he informed all us of how lazy they were. At this point I have already seen the smoke screen was feeling very aggravated that I hadn’t been taken very seriously with my skill set, or my professionalism. They hustled everyone in like cattle and literally waited to see who would keep showing up and then offer those people the job. It was the most unprofessional job interview I have ever had in my 21+ years of my career life. I learned that job was one with a leadership team that cares more about who can sell the most than actually caring about who they hire and taking care of their team. It was very discouraging to say the least.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

They asked me nothing but tell me about yourself. It was more of them talking about their self and their accomplishments
