call first and set up interview directly, one HR and one senior architect meeting with me, they are nice people, friendly, the env is good too, there was no detail tech questions, just some stupid HR questions. the co. is starting up and no profit, not sure the future, I don't want to join them and they figured out this, got reject a few days later
