I applied via Indeed to a job post and was offered a phone interview with their Head of Business Development about a week after applying online. The phone interview was very pleasant and very useful for a candidate trying to get to know a company, but I never heard back from the company in terms of next stages even though the person who interviewed me on the phone said they would let me know in a few days. As a brand, Keatz looks like it has a very exciting future, but I was surprised with the lack of communication after the phone interview. Fair enough, if they didn't want to progress me to the next stage, but it is impolite to not get back to interview candidates at all.
