Had an initial interview with HR. Standard questions, asked about my experience in Programmatic. Afterwards they gave me a task to work on some data report and answer some follow up questions. I’ve put a lot of effort and created a presentation, analysed the data, identified room for improvements and added a lot of additional info which was relevant to the task. 10 days after submitting the task, I received a template rejection (very insensitive one I would say) with the wrong name as well. Putting that much of effort and not getting individual feedback is very poor from the company. Given the fact that they explicitly mentioned the position is open for a long time, suggests they do not need a position filled and are wasting candidates’ time. Overall would not recommend.

- 1 initial interview with Recruitment team.
- 5 interviews with different stakeholders from Trading, CSM, BL, recruitment team to explain my experience in mobile marketing and my core professional skills.
- 1 Excel exercise to show my experience working with data sets.
Everybody was really nice and attentive.
The attendees were always on time.
It was clearly exposed in the calendar appointment the area to focus in each interview.
Whole the recruitment process was so smoothly and well organized.

- Put on the table some experience with mobile marketing, especially, in app-marketing.
