They are pretty laid back. If they think you are someone they want to pursue they will pursue you; however, overall they lack a sense of urgency within their hiring framework. I met with two people for the first interview, an HR manager and an Operations manager. They were very friendly and helpful. For the second round of interviews, I basically met with everyone in the office and plant on the managerial side. It was a long day of several interviews, but none of them were hard or stressfull.
