The interview process is dragged out. It takes a couple of months if you count the emails, phone screen, teams calls with 1 person at a time, then the final verdict. They seem rushed or have to be ready to jump off for another call.

Entretien
Had a normal 30 minute intro interview with the hiring manager. Then was passed onto executive leadership for a more detailed interview. The interview with the executive was probably 90 minutes.

Phone call interview was first the step, followed by a in person meeting. At the in-person meeting 3 individual panel, standard questions about recent project history, how have you dealt with deadlines and communication skills.
