I have given an interview recently for this company and I found too much bad experience and unprofessional behavior in terms of interview schedules. 1. Company takes more than 3 -4rounds and still feels confused to hire a candidate !!!! 2. HR schedules an interview call immediately in a hurry and does not listen or give a chance to set the proper desired time for an interview for the candidate. 3. They schedule interviews late at night and out of office hours (10:30 PM IST). 4. If the interviewer is not able to join the call then not found any response from the company or HR person so need to reschedule again. 5. Interviewer joins 15-20 mins. late in every interview and give excuses like "WAS BUSY IN ANOTHER MEETING' 6. After taking 3 rounds, they just send a reply without any feedback for rejection criteria. 7. Also the interviewer asked to give an idea of the work hours of the company like, you need to work late hours and on weekends if you are selected.
