The interview was an online process, on the online platform you film yourself answering questions with thirty or so seconds of preparation time. There are a number of different questions of the standard kind, nothing too complicated or unfamiliar. Just be yourself and be passionate and confident!

I applied online and heard back from a corporate recruiter about four days later. He asked me to reply with my score reports (had to go WAY back in the archives) and then do an online "audition" that included a few written response questions regarding motivation and availability as well as a short video presentation. He also sent me a link for an additional "employment application" which involved references. I didn't think the video went very well, but to my surprise, the recruiter followed up within five or six days to invite me to a technical interview over webcam.
Before the technical interview, Kaplan sent me five or six classroom questions (math, English, and writing) to have prepared. I signed up for a time to chat with a current Kaplan teacher (and interviewer), and he confirmed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and we basically role played. He played student, and I played teacher. He also asked some situational type questions: "what would you do if..."" There was time for questions about the job, etc.
After this, things moved very fast. I had a final webcam interview with the hiring manager early the next week and then got the offer letter the next day. The entire process was online.

I found the job posted on craigslist and applied. I was reached out to by a recruiter and submitted proof of my SAT scores and was invited to do an audition. This was online and took about an hour total including practice runs, prepping the questions, etc. I was then invited to schedule a Technical Interview with one of their current teachers. The interviewer spent time pretending to be a student and having me teach the problems to them that I was given to prep ahead of time. They also asked some general situation-based questions. From there I was invited to a hiring manager interview and offered the job. Everyone involved was very professional, friendly, and seemed to love the company a lot, which was a big reason I accepted the job.

Applied online. Then recorded a four-minute presentation of an example SAT problem. After passing that portion, set up a skype interview where I had to present two more SAT problems with the interviewer pretending to be a student. Then, he asked me a few typical interview questions. After passing that part, I had a second skype interview with the regional manager who asked some standard interview questions.
