There was a lack of professionalism. There were scheduled interviews no one showed up for, last-minute cancellations, and long stretches of silence where there was no follow up. After you get thorough three rounds, one would expect at least the common courtesy of a "thanks but no thanks" email. After I followed-up on their decision, they didn't even offer that.
