They still haven't come back to me after two months of waiting. I did email them again. But they told me that the process was taking longer than expected. You lose motivated employees. And the recruitment process is more than questionable when it's been 4 months since the offer has been on the job market. At least tell the people who made it to the final stages why they weren't selected
