Had an online interview arranged within a week or two of applying for the Profiles division. The interview was with the team manager and a team member which I found odd as the team member would have been on the same level as me. The other thing I found odd was that they didn't have their camera's on. Felt like the manager had better things to do than the interview and weren't very prepared, she asked me about my experience in something and laughed after I finished speaking, she wouldn't accept my answer on another question even though it was about my experience. She also had to keep thinking of things to ask and was very open about doing so which showed there was no preparation.

Applied online and heard back shortly after. The whole process took about three weeks. Had a short phone interview with the recruiter and then a half hour phone interview with the hiring manager all within a week. I was brought in for a two hour in person interview at their Bellevue office (3 rounds of two interviewers each). Interviewers were two hiring managers, the operations manager, and then two senior level project managers. The interview was very straight forward - experience, what draws you to the role, what do you look for in a work environment, etc. Had a phone call with the hiring manager for some follow up questions two days later and received an offer the following week. Overall process was very professional and quick. Hiring managers were personable and easy to talk to. The recruiter for the company was fantastic and quick to get back with questions and updates even during off hours.
