After a presentation and an interview, I got an offer but they suddenly asked for my ID and then a few days they informed they would not offer a position to me. They certainly do a kind of background check which is I'm not sure, but I suspect they run and found that I previously reported my previous firm for not paying me income due. Ridiculous process and they didn't explain at all - just one text message that says no offer.
Good it was easy and straightforward. Behavioural questions such as what would you do in this kind of situations as well as technical information such as skill sets on research and analytical

interviewer seems to be reading off a script instead of having a conversation with the candidate. been on a number of interviews and for a qual team, this seems very subpar.

HR interview regarding overall relevant work experience, followed by leaderless group discussion, then a case study, presentation and follow up discussion on research knowledge, user interview. Very clear and transparent selection process. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
