A group discussion round followed by a written aptitude test (basic logical reasoning etc.), a basic computer aptitude test, Hindi and Bengali written communication test, A face to face interview with ^ senior executives (more of a pressure test), followed by a last PI round with a very senior manager.

aptitude test, interview with junior management and then senior management, If you got selected then you there will be a presentation after 2 months training period. This is more of the logic questions and less of the quantitative one.
