Initial phone conversations with an in-house recruiter, general questions about background and personal expectations. A first round interview was set up with the two Account Directors, which was fairly relaxed and based on my own experience, capabilities and thoughts on the role. A second round interview was arranged through the recruiter and this time included the Commercial Director as well. The interview ran a similar course, with general questions about my own background and experience, before offering me the chance to ask my own questions.
