The entire interview discussion revolved around my current work profile. They asked for details about work related contributions and achievements that were mentioned in the resume

Salary and position were discussed before setting up an interview. Recruiter said salary could definitely be met but then came in significantly lower but with a better position title. I decided to move ahead with the interview but when it was scheduled the position title was a couple steps down from what was discussed. I decided to not move forward with the interview. Had the recruiter been honest from the start I would have likely continued with the process but it was a disingenuous start and sent up a bunch of red flags.
