Panel interview (3 interviewers total) consisted of about 10-15 questions, as well as scenario questions to assess how you would interact with a difficult client. A final written portion with 2 questions happened at the end in a separate room.

The interview process is a panel interview in which multiple director and supervisors take turns asking questions and writing down your answers. Once the interview is completed, they score your answers and the top scores get sent to the chief judge for approval.
