Decent Hiring Process. I had one phone interview and one face to face. Phone interview was an overview of my resume. Face to face was more rigorous. They give you an opportunity to display your understanding of your area. I was asked questions of how will test under certain situations. They told me the challenges they face and I was asked what I would do to resolve them.
