First was a typical HR interview (strengths and weaknesses) and then a coding interview. Interviewers very friendly and accomodating. The coding interview was pretty simple and related to actual work.

I had three interviews: two technical and one non-technical at their office in Makati. The first technical interview consisted of simple algorithmic questions involving strings. They also asked me to explain how I answered the initial exam questions on their site to ensure I was the one who answered it. The second interview was non-technical and consisted mostly of the usual interview questions e.g. What do you think are your strengths? How would you describe yourself etc.
