I've interviewed here 2 times on 2022. As I remember, the flow are: Initial call, filling long and boring application form, users interview, hours of difficult technical test with users, couple hours of psychotest with a vendor. Pros: HR told me that I'm not selected for the next process, some company didn't bother to tell. Cons: HR didn't know (or didn't want to tell me) the salary range.
