The supervisor was very warm an d easy to talk to. Another member on the team was also present which I appreciated. They both asked great questions and carried out a very genuine conversation.

The process starting with a phone interview followed by 2 interdisciplinary panel interviews scheduled at later dates. The process took several months. KP is a large organizational with a lot of bureaucracy and the interview process reflects that.

I spoke to a hiring manager on the phone, a recruiter, and had two rounds of interviews. I never heard back from the company. Interviews were standard questions, although the same questions asked in both rounds.
