During the interview you're asked to role-play with the interviewers. They will pretend to be patients calling triage line asking for advice and you will need to ask appropriate questions and advise accordingly. There is also a customer service role playing portion too. If you pass the interview, there is a test very similar to the interview that you have to pass as well.

Was called to come in for an in-person interview. Nurse Manager interviewed us in a group. Interview process was straight-forward and not many questions were asked. When talking to other nurses in my cohort, some were asked more interview questions and were interviewed by two nurse managers instead of one.
