The company will generate an online question and answer sessions. The queries take a minute to complete. They ask whether the candidate understands Covid 19 vaccination may be required. No technical questions are asked. They consistently ask if the posted salary is within the candidate's required range. I've had about a dozen of these. There's never follow up, and no indication that these have any serious intent.

The process starting with a phone interview followed by 2 interdisciplinary panel interviews scheduled at later dates. The process took several months. KP is a large organizational with a lot of bureaucracy and the interview process reflects that.

I spoke to a hiring manager on the phone, a recruiter, and had two rounds of interviews. I never heard back from the company. Interviews were standard questions, although the same questions asked in both rounds.
