initial exchange "tell us about yourself" and why you are interested in the job. Then given a mission statement about nursing in Kaiser. Asked "what does this mean to you?" Then there is a behavioral portion which examines specific aspects which I may or may not remember well.

Questions like "tell us about a time you made a mistake and how did you handle it?" Clinical knowledge" " you are about to administer a drug to pt so and so. What steps do you take?", " you are tasked with a project and not enough time to compete it on time. What do you do?",
