My Interview was with the primary care team including Doctors, RNs, MAs. They asked great questions about strengths, weakness, etc. Also asked for specific examples for a time when you went above and beyond, made a mistake etc.

Panel interview with MD and NP Mgr meeting for about 40 minutes. They weren’t particularly friendly., seemed stressed. Asked standard questions. Told me they would call within the week. Didn’t call or send any type of follow up.
